1. Eligibility
1.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Wildride, Haus Distribution Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
1.2 By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. How to enter
2.1 This competition is being run exclusively on the official Wildride UK Instagram account, @wildrideuk.
2.2 To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the competition post.
2.3 No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
2.5 We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we reasonably believe does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is fraudulent, incomplete, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
3. Competition period
3.1 The competition opens when the competition post is published and closes at 5pm on Wednesday 30th September 2026.
3.2 Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
4. The prize
4.1 There will be 5 winners, with each winner receiving one pair of complimentary tickets (2 tickets) to The Baby Show at Olympia London, taking place from 23rd–25th October 2026.
4.2 Each winner can choose which day they would like to attend, subject to ticket availability.
4.3 If the winner’s preferred day is unavailable, an alternative available day will be offered.
4.4 The tickets have no cash value, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
4.5 The tickets are provided by The Baby Show and are subject to The Baby Show’s Partner/Exhibitor Competition & Complimentary Ticket Terms & Conditions. The Baby Show/Clarion Events Limited reserves all rights in relation to the tickets and the event.
4.6 In accordance with The Baby Show’s terms, the complimentary tickets are valid for one day of The Baby Show at Olympia London between Friday 23rd October and Sunday 25th October 2026. The tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold for commercial gain.
4.7 Wildride is not responsible for any changes to the event, including changes to the event date, venue, opening times, content or ticket availability, made by The Baby Show, Clarion Events Limited or the venue.
4.8 The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drinks or any other expenses associated with attending The Baby Show.
5. Winner selection and notification
5.1 The 5 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the competition closing date.
5.2 The winners will be contacted via direct message from the official @wildrideuk Instagram account within one week of the competition closing.
5.3 Each winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, Wildride reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
5.4 Winners will be asked to provide the information required to arrange their tickets and select their preferred day of attendance, subject to availability.
5.5 Wildride will never ask a competition winner to make a payment or provide payment details in order to claim their prize.
6. Personal information
6.1 Personal information provided by competition entrants will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winners and arranging the prize.
6.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Wildride’s Privacy Policy.
7. Instagram disclaimer
7.1 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
7.2 By entering the competition, participants agree that Instagram has no responsibility or liability in relation to the competition.
8. General
8.1 Wildride reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
8.2 Wildride reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary, provided that any changes do not materially disadvantage competition entrants.
8.3 Wildride’s decision regarding the administration of the competition and selection of the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
8.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
