Wildride x Snüz Cobalt Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoters and eligibility

  1. The Wildride x Snüz Cobalt Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run jointly by Haus Distribution Ltd (company number 12238191), Unit E2 High Flatworth, Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate, North Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE29 7UZ, the UK distributor of Wildride ("Wildride UK"), and Green Sheep Group Ltd, trading as Snüz (company number 05940523), The Green, Snitterfield, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 0JE ("Snüz"), together the "Promoters".
  2. The Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
  3. Employees of the Promoters, their families, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.
  4. The giveaway runs on Instagram as a collaboration post between @snuzuk and @wildrideuk. Wildride’s global account is tagged in the post for awareness only and is not a Promoter. Only entrants who are a UK resident are eligible to win, and entries from outside the UK will be disregarded.
  5. By entering, entrants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements and accept these terms and conditions. The Promoters may ask for proof of age and UK residency before awarding the prize.

Promotion period and how to enter

  1. The Giveaway opens when the Giveaway post goes live on Friday 23 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 UK time on Sunday 1 November 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
  2. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
    • follow @snuzuk and @wildrideuk on Instagram;
    • like the Giveaway post; and
    • tag a friend in the comments of the Giveaway post.
  3. Entrants who complete the steps in clause 7 can earn one bonus entry by sharing the Giveaway post to their Instagram Story during the Promotion Period, tagging @snuzuk and @wildrideuk. Each entrant can have a maximum of two entries: one main entry and one bonus entry. Further comments, tags or shares will not increase the chance of winning. Story shares must be visible to the Promoters, so entrants’ accounts must be public.
  4. Entrants must have a public Instagram account at the time of the draw so that their entry can be verified.
  5. No purchase is necessary.
  6. The Promoters may disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, made via fake or bulk accounts, or that contain offensive content, or that otherwise do not comply with these terms.

Prize

  1. There is one prize, with a total RRP of £548.95, made up of:
    • one Limited Edition SnuzPod5 Bedside Crib in Cobalt (RRP £199.95); and
    • one Wildride Toddler Carrier in Urban Grid (RRP £349.00).
  2. The prize is as stated. It is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternative is available.
  3. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoters' control, the Promoters may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  4. Prizes are provided by the relevant Promoter and are subject to that Promoter's standard product warranty.

Winner selection, notification and delivery

  1. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries after the Giveaway closes and announced during the week commencing 2 November 2026.
  2. The winner will be notified by direct message from @snuzuk only and announced in the comments of the Giveaway post. The Promoters will never ask for payment, bank or card details, or ask entrants to click a link to claim the prize.
  3. The winner must reply within 7 days of notification with their full name, UK delivery address and contact details. If they do not, or if they are found to be ineligible, the Promoters may choose another winner at random.
  4. Each Promoter will send its part of the prize directly to the winner, at no cost to the winner, within 28 days of receiving the winner's details. The prize will only be delivered to an address in the UK.
  5. The Promoters will make the winner's first name and county available on request for 4 weeks after the Giveaway closes. The winner may object to this by contacting the Promoters.

General terms

  1. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability connected with the Giveaway.
  2. Entrants' personal data will be used only to run the Giveaway and deliver the prize. It will be shared between the Promoters only as needed for that purpose and deleted once the Giveaway is complete, in line with UK data protection law. Each Promoter's privacy policy applies: Wildride UK (https://www.wildridecarrier.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy-1) and Snüz (https://www.snuz.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy).
  3. The Promoters may cancel, suspend or amend the Giveaway or these terms if circumstances outside their reasonable control make it necessary, and will try to keep any impact on entrants to a minimum.
  4. Nothing in these terms limits the Promoters' liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, or for fraud.
  5. The Promoters' decision on any matter relating to the Giveaway is final.
  6. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
