Shipping Information
  1. Orders placed before midday on a working day are dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Newcastle upon Tyne
  2. UK: £2.95 express delivery (1-3 business days), free on orders over £70
  3. Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey) and Isle of Man: £3.95 delivery (3-5 business days). Free delivery doesn't apply to these destinations, regardless of order value
  4. We ship UK orders with Royal Mail
  5. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll automatically receive a tracking link by email
  6. If there are no tracking updates after 3 working days, contact our Customer Care team at hello@wildridecarrier.co.uk
Returns Policy
  1. You have 28 days from delivery to return items, in full or in part. Include your order number and send to:

  2.  Items must be unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. We deduct a value reduction for anything incomplete, damaged, washed, or de-tagged — the amount is at our discretion.
  3. Sealed items excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g. for health/hygiene reasons) can't be returned once unsealed.
  4. Return shipping and original delivery fees are non-refundable.
